AGE: The wiki guesses 16-17, but Haruka can drive competitively (the legal driving age in Japan is 18) and they both know how to fly their own helicopters so I'd say more like 18-20.

INCENTIVE: Michiru's incentive, after the destruction of Mugen Academy and seeing the mindless lives led by the Witches Five and Magus Kaorinite, will be for Hotaru's main function as a sailor scout to be altered. She wants Hotaru to be able to socialize instead of only being summoned from Titan for the destruction and rebirth of whatever she casts judgment on. As an outer guardian this is incredibly important to her because they spent most of their lives isolated and she believes Hotaru deserves to love, as she loved Chibiusa, instead of only existing to fulfill one purpose.

It's a tall order, but this would get her to stay in Eudio without a second thought.

FIT: Michiru, as Haruka plays a major role in her life, will want to find ways to cope without her. Canon explains Haruka is "both male and female". Michiru is therefore bisexual in the loose definition of the word, and would want to earn her keep as much as she could with the city's requirements. Takeuchi is never very concerned with gender or sexuality so I'm going to play it loose exactly how her creator intended. She'd experiment and branch out for the sake of Hotaru leading a better life, and seeing Chibiusa again without imminent destruction being a factor in the equation.

CONSENT: Michiru has not broken consent in the past, and would never consider doing so either. Her moral convictions are far too strongly set for her to even think about jeopardizing someone else's sense of safety just for intimacy. Hell, she might even help enforce consent if she figures out anyone is actually toying with the idea of not following the rules.

ANYTHING ELSE? As a guardian, Michiru has the ability to use her henshin and become Sailor Neptune. As far as we're aware Michiru harnesses the power of water, can create large barriers with her fellow outer senshi, she has the ability to use her Deep Aqua Mirror to get a glimpse of someone's true self, and she is inherently in tune with emotions as a part of her connection with water. She will often be caught saying how the sea "feels" which is her gauging the atmosphere with her sixth sense.

She also has the ability, with the other two outer guardians, to summon the "Goddess of Death". For obvious reasons, she can't tap into that power in Eudio.

The Deep Aqua Mirror will not be present with her as she left it with Usagi as a promise that she, Setsuna, and Haruka would return once they had made sure Hotaru was safe.

Michiru can run out of power, just as all the other senshi, but she has a lot more of it to expend due to her position as a guardian who protected the outer solar system from larger threats. I'd rank her as the third strongest in the order of Sailor Saturn, Sailor Pluto, Sailor Neptune, and then Sailor Uranus. Her and Haruka have about the same amount of power and Michiru would just be slightly stronger because of her sixth sense.
